Collab, a coworkingspace @ Maastricht, the Netherlands

Located in the iconic old porcelain factory in Maastricht’s city centre we developed a Coworking space that is a creative hub for startups. Because of the clients requirement to be hybrid and able to grow by time we created a concept based on a photo studio/ film set. A system existing out of loose and temporary modules can be moved around and make sure the space is used as efficient as possible. 

The office spaces are marked on the floor with white tape. The rented space can vary and can be adjusted to every companies wishes individually and change over time. We created a moveable trolley that is a divider wall and storage space at the same time. Tenants can play around and make their own individual office set up.

Moveable meeting trolleys with sustainable and acoustic materials are scattered through the space and a multifunctional colourful and open central square gives the opportunity to network and get the community together.
