With her incredible multitasking abilities,  Judith ensures the smooth functioning of our studio operations. From keeping our team on track to ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

She is the glue that holds us together, offering creative solutions to any challenge that comes our way. With her diverse skill set and can-do attitude, Judith brings a valuable jack-of-all-trades approach to our team.

Hailing from the Netherlands, Judith embodies the quirky, typical Dutch straightforwardness that adds a unique charm to our studio. Currently located in Abu Dhabi, she has a wealth of experience from living and working in various places, bringing a global perspective to our work. 

Meet Maira, a dedicated Project Manager with an extensive 9-year background in the retail and hospitality sectors. In Retail, she leads projects in collaboration with general contractors, overseeing store realization. In Hospitality, she manages projects from start to finish, advocating for Interior Design needs.

Maira's passion lies in witnessing the transformation of 3D visuals into tangible reality within the building process. Her profound knowledge, honed through countless hours spent on construction sites, encompasses various interior fitting disciplines. 

Beyond her primary roles, Maira takes on additional project responsibilities such as Production Manager, FF&E specialist, or Project/Site Manager, showcasing her versatile skill set and commitment to project success.

As a visionary leader in the field of architecture and experiential design, Simone Königshausen brings over 20 years of global experience to our team. Having worked with renowned agencies across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Netherlands, she has curated an impressive portfolio across diverse market segments.

Simone's expertise and creative prowess, combined with her extensive network of connections within the industry, drive our innovative design solutions. Her unique perspective and deep industry knowledge, along with her collaborations with fellow creatives, propel our team to deliver exceptional results.

Joao, a Portuguese interior designer and design director based in Italy for 8 years, possesses over 15 years of global design prowess. His expertise spans Barcelona to Shanghai, Sao Paulo to Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam to Dubai. Graduating in Product Design with an Industrial Design Master's, he transitioned from Retail Design to major projects for renowned brands like Nike, T-Mobile, and Coach.

Joao's forte extends to large-scale retail ventures such as the Empire City complex in Kuala Lumpur. Notably advanced in supermarket design, his boundary-pushing approach reshapes retail and hospitality, crafting immersive brand experiences worldwide with unconventional yet innovative solutions.

Flor Rojas is a highly skilled architect known for her expertise in retail design. Her notable contribution includes her work on the Nike House of Innovation, showcasing her proficiency in retail projects. With a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) specializing in Architectural Design from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, Rojas possesses a robust background in the arts and design, making her a valuable asset in creating innovative and impactful architectural spaces within the retail sector.

Additionally, Rojas distinguishes herself as an artist, crafting exquisite artwork from plaster. This dual talent amplifies her creative vision, enriching her architectural endeavors with a unique artistic perspective.

Meet Aya Kojima, an esteemed Japanese interior designer with an international footprint spanning London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore. With over 13 years in interior and experience design, Aya's forte lies in retail design, having partnered with renowned entities like Wonderwall Inc. and FITCH. Her diverse portfolio ranges from boutique stores to co-working spaces, showcasing her concept-driven approach and a deep focus on human-centric design. Aya's passion for art and meticulous attention to detail underscore her commitment to crafting immersive user experiences.
